for the fog light cover they will come out if you pull them.

as for the top grill piece you can either remove the center grill and paint it or you can mask off around it and paint it while its on the car. you can also sand it before painting it to get the maximum grip for the paint to stick on and even can go as far as sand > primer > paint

for mine i wanted to match the OEM flat black color so i went to wal-mart and got myself a duplicolor fusion for plastics and the color name is "satan black" and that matches every well.

after a while i started to see rock chips on the parts i painted so i wrapped it with flat black vinyl.
