Thanks for the write-up ardinos. I've got the pics hosted on my Photobucket account. If you'd rather I not do that, let me know.

Here are the pics:

Thanks for posting the pictures. I don't have permission to do that here so I really appreciate it. Feel free to leave them on whatever site you posted them on.

Sorry the writeup isn't as clear as it could be, I realized I should write it up AFTER I did the mod.

Also sorry the pictures in the dark are a bit blurry, it was too cold to setup the tripod and it took a 2 second exposure to make it look right. I was shivering so hard I couldn't keep the camera steady.

Default RE: Need to ship a car from OH to OR, any recomendations?

Any reason why there are so many people in the other topics that are willing to pay money for this... and not too many responses here. I'd like to see some more people do it.

Hmm, think I'm going to try this. Do you think the wire from a cat 5 cable will be thin enough?

Cat 5 wire should work. That's about 24 gauge I believe and should be fine. Basically you want a very thin multistrand wire.

Default RE: HELP!!!

can you elaborate more on the resistor? where do u connect both ends do? You talked about connecting one end to the first wire in the series, how about the other end of the resisotr. Btw, i have a 560ohm resistor, is that ok?
