Anyways, after reading Wolfs great write up I am not sure which should be of priority with my one can.

I am tuned to ~19lbs, and I am now seriously considering installing this. I have had it for a few months not thinking I would need it til now.

91octane is bad enough, I don't need oil making it worse.

In your experience with your cars which should I plumb? What pukes the most oil? Perrin instructions say PCV.

PCV?
Breather?

Thanks.
The PCV on mine but not by much. Condensation is the key so try to keep it cool or at least cooler. I am considering moving forward to get more condensation. The vapor is so hot and fine that I suspect it is going thru although the outlets hoses are clean.

You inspired me, so I thought you'd like to see another take on the AMW catch can installation:

I triangulated teh aluminum for strength and used the two factory holes in the same location as you did.

You can see here where I had to bore a larger hole in the front of the bracket to get the SS hardware through to secure the piece via the samller hole on the backside.

My only problem is I don't like this part much. The bracket overlaps the mounting access hole. Oh well. I'll be polishing out the bracket to a mirror shine to match my power steering pump and header tank.

Thanks for a great write up Wolfplayer.

thought this kit would go great with your catch can....

by the way...those catch cans look solid! too bad they raised the price so much! guess they were getting many orders for them.

The price may have changed for these. If you read more you will find that some of us have had good results with even less bling and a very low price tag.

i called and left a message with them today about the cans and got no response. may be closed for the holiday. just wish i was able to make one of those mounting brackets... i might start serious considering the element tuning air/oil separator.

Update on Price: It was $320 shipped from Buda, TX to Northern VA.

Comes w/ all necessary mounting hardware and tubing. Little pricey but bet they are worth it.
