I noticed that this is your first post so Ill chime in for you. I would highly recommend that you not install just a MBC. There are possibilities that you might boostcreep and mess up your motor. Your best bet would be to get all the other bolt-ons like exhaust, downpipe, ect and then get a tune by a professional. Or you can save some money for a Cobb AP, but wont yield as much power as the professional tune. Oh yeah, the search function helps out a ton. Also read all the FAQ's too.

Hey,
I do agree that having a professional tune your car is the safest and best way to modify your car. But, you can still buy your own manual boost controller and have a shop install it for you, or even install it yourself. If you are interested, check out this guide that I made. It is for an NXS manual boost controller from NXS Motorsports.

NXS Manual Boost Controller Installation/Install Instructions & Diagrams
(this is just a guide posted on ebay. It is not directly linked to any products)

It includes very detailed instructions as well as some simple to understand diagrams.
You can see how easy it can be to install one. Their manual boost controllers are priced at a very reasonable $19.99 with free shipping and tons of free services. If you have any specific questions regarding that mbc or any mbc for that matter, I'd be happy to help you. Just send me a PM or post a reply. Hope this helps. Enjoy!

I isntalled the Perrin MBC on my 05, all you need to do is disconnect the hose comming of the boost side of your turbo its only like two inces long then connect your new hose there run it to the mounting location where ever you want, best away for heat then connect a new hose from your stock T on your waste gate side so you can use your stock gauge. if you dont have that then jdust unconnect all stock hoses and Ts then run a hose from waste gate to MBC then from boost side to MBC.
