Default Installing a A-pillar gauge pod

I just have a quick question. I can't find my owners manual now and I tried to search on the web, but no luck. I am planning to install some gauges soon and going to go with the pillar type. But does anyone know if there is an Airbag in the pillars in 07 STi's? Any info appreciated. Thanks!

Does your pillar say it has an airbag in it? Haha

Not sure about the 07, my 08 does... but it will tell you right on the pillar if it does.

The 04-07's have combo side air bags which pop out of the seats and protect your torso and head. The 08's have a torso out the seat and curtains. So to answer your question, definitely no air bag in the A-pillar.
