Default How Do I Fill The Holes In My Now Wingless Sti???

i recently took the wing off of my sti, and i now have lots of holes that i need filled in. i wanna know whats the best way to fill them in without having to weld and paint or any major things like that.

i read somewhere that someone used just vinyl stickers to cover em up.. that seems pretty simple i guess.

either this or id rather just find someone to swap trunks with. i have a 2004 aspen white sti BADGELESS with the wing. i would love to find someone who has an aspen white, wingless and badgeless trunk like mine. or maybe even a carbon fiber trunk wingless. i would love the look of the 07 limited trunk with the little lip spoiler but im not sure if that comes in aspen white.

You either have to take it to a body shop to have them close them up. You would have to get an estimate, but I was told it is around 600ish. Or go this route like I did temporarily until I found a wingless swap.

This a black Chrysler plugs from various auto shops like Pepboys etc. I had to go to several shops to find enough. They have silicone to seal and are painted with touch up paint. It looked ok, but I grew to hate it. Im glad I found a swap.

The trunk lids are the same from 2002 through 2007. I found a used lid from an RS or something, got it painted to match, $500 for the whole deal. Search the for sale forums here and elsewhere, you're sure to run into someone selling one.

Just so everyone knows, that looks ****ing retarded. Sorry to be a jerk, but it's true. I would sooner drive around with 10 john holmes dongs glued to my roof than freakin' 17 holes in my trunk...

Let me put it another way. If my wing were made out of penises with a giant sign that said "I like 10 year old boys" I would keep it instead of driving around with ****ing holes in my car....

Wow... Bad day at sea? He did say that it was a tep fix. But I do agree I would have waited for the trunk before removing the wing.

Another thing..... Why do people pull the wing off their car, and leave the other wing (the one over the window) on? It looks really wierd.....

i would much rather drive around with some holes in my trunk than a bunch of dongs glued on the outside of my car.
I don't think any one would really choose the penis mobile of some holes in the trunk

When your options are keeping the wing and being harassed by the police or pulling off the wing and plugging the wholes until you find a swap to keep them off your back, you go with the latter. Since going wingless, holes or not, the police dont even look in my direction anymore. I also passed the same cop that pulled me over another 2 times and he never paid any attention to me.

As far as the wingless look or the roof vain spoiler, that is all a matter of personal preference. To each their own.
