Amber headlamp removal question

Is it illegal if I remove the amber from my headlamps and just leave the white bulbs in there? Or do I have to get an amber bulb? I live in washington and I have no idea if this is illegal or not... Thanks!

Washington State Patrol - Commercial Vehicle Division

Turn lamps – A total of four, one on each side, front and back, after 01-01-60 . Red, amber or any shade between, red, amber or any shade between, visible from at least 500’(daylight) RCW 46.37.200

you could get around it with silver colored amber bulbs that look silver when off, but blink amber.
