JDM Oil Catch Can Install

I recently bought a JDM Oil Catch can off eBay after seeing another Oil Catch Can how-to on the forum. Only problem is I am still not sure what hoses and what not I need to detach and run to the can. Does anyone have instructions on this? Here is a link to the auction.

How much did it cost for the hose stuff from Auto Zone?

I do not recall but it was definitely under $20. They charge by the foot. Call up your local auto parts store for pricing.
