Default P2102 CEL / electronic throttle power relay

I got a P2102 CEL code. The car would only idle. Even applying full throttle would only give me 1500 RPM.

After a few engine starts as I was messing around with it, the car began running normally (and I was able to get back home). I did not actually do anything to fix the car. However, the cruise control light on the dashboard flashes on and off.

Searching the forums, I found this most likely means there is something wrong with the electronic throttle power relay.

I am looking for a diagram, picture, or description of where this is physically located so I can check or replace it.

Many thanks!
