Yeah i did use the plasti dip it worked great, i messed up on the ac vents so i just peeled off the old plasti and started fresh. Yeah i am planing on geting the HVAC knobs, im going to order them tomorrow.

Nothing drastic.... just ran out of time. Too many projects around the house that didn't cooperate.

The only part that I think could give me trouble during removal are the vent rings. I've had the center console apart several times... no worries there.

Hey Chris, i just picked up a couple cans at the local home depot, rattle can department.... there was only red and black so was kinda a pain to spot among the hundreds of cans there, but found it none the less... like almost $5 bucks a can i wanna say? somethin like that

Thanks I will check this out later today. How is the texture of the Plasti Dip after its fully cured/dry? Is it hard, or like a gummy/rubbery type?

Its got a weird texture... its rubbery and a little squishy, but its very resistant to scratches and such, thats mainly why i chose it

Since it was easy to remove by the thumb rubbing/rolling method, do you have any worries that it's going to come off from something hitting or rubbing against it??
