A-arm bushing install?

I've done the advanced search; how do you get the front A-arm bushings out without a press? I tryed a Roto-Zip and no luck, put a deadbolt thru the bushing and tried a slide hammer.

I figured it out! Wasn't that hard after all. A NAPA pulley puller worked great, with a few washers the same size as the old bushings it poped right out!
