If you have bought the Synchronic BOV, please route a vacuum line with from a BOOST-ONLY source to Port C of the BOV. This information may not be in the hard copy instructions you received in the box. Updated instruction manuals are available via pdf. We cannot answer any questions regarding why you need the boost-only source, or where in the system to get a boost-only source as it may be construed to be advertising.
