I would first venture to ask the question, why? what would the purpose in removing your power steering be?

2nd you can fab up a 3rd pully to use the stock belt

3rd option get a piece of string and wrap it around the two pulleys (crank and alternator) and pull it tightly. Mark where the string comes together and then lay it out flat and measure it up. from that you can get an idea of how long the belt needs to be. Then give somebody like Gates Rubber a call and see how much t hey want for a belt in that size. The robots I build use a bunch of different belts and pulleys and thats where we get them from, and if I remember correctly they also make automotive belts so they should be able to help you out!

My thoughts are it is just going to be really hard to turn the car in just about any situation. If you really want to get a better feel I would look into hardened steering rack bushings, and even a quick ratio rack(although spendy$$)

Good luck with it, but really I would say that you can pretty much just take the belt off and do a little test run to see for yourself. as long as you have a good battery you may be able to go a little ways without an alternator!
