Question UPDATED:STUCK Bolts on Crossmember/KB Bushings still need help

UPDATE:
two of the four 14mm bolts that screw the rear crossmember into the frame of the car won't tighten all the way! does this mean the threads in the frame of the car are stripped? what can i do other than retap the threads in the frame with a larger size? because then i'll have to get larger bolts and drill the holes in the crossmember larger as well. please help this is a nightmare i can't believe these grade 8 bolts and threads get demolished so easily

i would try grabbing them and pulling down while turning...try with some kind of plier or something.
one of mine is cross threaded also, i'm going to retap it when i buy a tapping set.

It sounds like you probably stripped either the bolt or the nut. You're going to need to put some downward pressure on that assembly to hopefully catch whatever thread is remaining to be able to remove those bolts

The same thing happened to my when I did this install. They seemed very susceptible to cross-threading. Don't ask my why, but I had an extra cross-member on hand to swap out. Good luck in getting it worked out.
