blitz dual spec.. anyone have a write up on it.. it's a electronic boost controller the damn instructions are in japanese

Did you install it? You can get the instructions off the website... My Blitz turbo timer was the same way.

Look at his mod list, I think he doesn't plan on getting a warranty anymore
