Default Noob Harness Install question?

So I got these Sparco 4 point, 3 inch harnesses. I got a harness bar and understand how to loop and connect the shoulder straps to it. What has me a little puzzled, is how the lap belts connects. I thought I was going to remove a bolt where the seat connects to the floor and put the connection there but the end of lap belts look like this.

Where does this go?

Am I just a retard? The bolt that connect the seats to ground doesn't look like it will fit threw this. Maybe if I try during the day something will come to light.

Yes, you are a retard!

JK! Couldnt resist the chance....

That style end is intended to work with an "eye-let" style bolt. The "eye-let" bolt will replace the 14mm (head) bolt that is used at the 2 rear seat mount locations.

Sparco USA

Or...

You can replace that with a bolt in style that will just have a simple hole instead of the spring-clip-thing.

Sparco USA

The above links show a thru-bolt design but the thread size/pitch should screw into the existing seat base bolt holes.

Hope that helps
