I am thinking someone messed up with their comas and decimal places. 760.99 sounds more reasonable to me (even that is a lot for a tiny little turbo).

Thats total BS... A little off topic but still related to ebay. My friend bought me a steering rack bushing for my birthday, well I had just bought one and installed it the day before. He bought it for $28 shipped just like me so he told me just to tell it and buy something else. I put it up on ebay for $25 well 2 guys went back and forth with the bids and it sold for $78. I was amazed and thought it was a joke but the guy paid.
