Maybe they put the stock steering wheel on so that the SRS system would work. Since they are selling the car, maybe they don't want to be liable for somebody getting in an accident and suing them.

that car is hott, those wheels are nice. but i dont think i would pay 75k. maybe 60 or so. that rear spoiler FTL. Stock looks better, goes with the body lines also.
