Kramer was the original owner, this guy looks like he bought it off of him, and probably asked him to sign the dash. IMO, I wouldn't want anyones signature on the dash...Maybe the glovebox, easier and cheaper to replace, but not the dash.

if it was a musician you really liked you may do the same. I think its sweet the dude owned an sti, hes rich and still buys and sti. Shows how sweet they are. And there is a bank lien on because the guy who bought it off aerosmith drummer probably got a loan on it therefore the bank would hold the title until he pays it off.
