sounds lika good deal!!

is there a 'top' to the enclosure around the filter??

will i need to remap??

is there a typical loss of low-end power??? i have seen the k&n dynos,. but am wondering about others experiences... maybe you can link me up!

There's a few links floating around on the board....but I'll take a look elsewhere.

There is no top to the heat shroud. It does a pretty good job of blocking heat with the way its designed. You will not need to remap..... but if you are running EM, it will help a bit to fine tune it. This intake kit has shown some of the best gains on the STi just by bolting it on. You will see an overall increase in power and torque across the band.

I have sold many of these intakes to members on the board. I would appreciate it if anybody can give some feedback. Thanks.

can someone post the partnumber of just the filter that comes with the typhoon ?
