ditto as well

I have not performed any suspension upgrades as of yet, and would be very comfortable going with a RCE setup for similar reasons. Whiteline products are good, but given a choice, I'd rather support a supporter of these forums as well as someone that clearly bases and develops their products on input from real live end users.

My vote...if you're interested Myles...is design and build front and rear swaybar endlinks that are bombproof!!!

This is something us GR owners are still searching for.

Dont get me wrong here....but whats wrong with Kartboy? Tom has built a solid product. We sell alot of his links with no issues. Sure we could make some high priced, super crazy pillowball units but in order to make it so that the pillowballs DONT make noise after 6 months ( like all of the other ones on the market) we would need to use VERY HIGH quality pillowball units and no one would buy it. Not to mention, noise isnt a factor on track cars and so the ones on the market now are functional, they just get noisey.

We recommend Kartboy.

I just looked at the Kartboy page again...and I still don't see that they're making rear endlinks, nor are they adjustable.

I understand your thoughts on the pillowball endlinks...and I agree with you, but I'm not going to go with that style of design due to the noise...my car being a DD and all.

What I was meaning with my post is this, find something that hasn't been designed yet, design it right(like the RCE Springs), and the buyers will line up!!!

Swaybar endlinks, similar to the KB ones...but adjustable, and I think you'd have a winner.

Two questions:
Do you need the endlinks to be adjustable to make use of the adjustable swaybars(I've heard conflicting answers to this)?
What do you think of the RallyTEK endlinks(but again, not adjustable)?

No. You need adjustable endlinks to make your coilover cornerweights perfect and preload free. You adjust the corner weights and ride heights of the coil overs and then adjust the endlinks so that the bar is neutral at rest. For most of us with street cars it's a moot issue unless you have some suspension damage.. in which case the adjustable endlinks are more of a bandaid. Not that there's anything wrong with them.. just that they're overkill (and one more potential failure point) for a street driven car.

I'm interested to hear RCE's take on the Rallitek endlinks as well. I had the rears on my '08 WRX. The urethane was softer than most performance bushings, but harder than the OEM rubber. Definitely not a hardcore item, but seemed to be built stronger than OEM with OEM NVH properties. I had no issues... but then I also never got the zesty response from the suspension that I did throwing a rear sway with spherical bearing rear endlinks on my RS back in the day. Of course.. we're talking about an '08 WRX here.. there was so much slop in the rear control arm bushings that I barely noticed any change in NVH with the WL rear subframe bushings installed.

----

As for the original question:
Control arm bushings, steering rack bushings, sways...

.. Yes, Yes and YES!

My only questions: Does "CAB" include caster/"ALK"? If so, I really liked my AVO bushings on my WRX.. the design didn't resist the control arm's movement and made for easy servicing.. but I was concerned about the weather protection. It seemed like it would be easy for dirt to enter between the urethane and inner 'shaft'. I never got a chance to pull them off and check for salt/sand before trading it in on the STI. If you haven't seen them, I suggest ordering a set and taking a look.

Any chance for a super-hard delrin steering rack bushing? (maybe it'd be too brittle?) Anything to simulate the 05-07 STI's solid metal bushing while remaining ST* legal would be nice. I don't think these could be too firm.

Zerk fittings on the swaybars? Rear mounting tab braces or other improvements planned?

We use bushings that have grooves inside so the lube doesnt squish or twist out. Its trapped. Our GD bars used this with no issues.
