| Advanced Mastery Level II Feedback Score: 5 reviews Fav Mod: Insanity | Bought a used 08+ Cobb AP today, apparently 08 Cobb AP works with the '10 STi. So why did they make a AP that is only for the '10? I guess there's a firmware update or something. Confused the hell out of me for an hour or two though. **Originally planned an install by Draco, but it fell though** Also thinking about RAAMat at some point, probably will have to wait until Octoberish to be on leave so I can spend two to three days on install without having to go anywhere. I guess I'll add that into the parts at some point once I figure out how to change the organization. Current Power Goal: 300WHP Last edited by Fujiwara; 05-08-10 at 06:00 PM. |

| Advanced Mastery Level II Feedback Score: 5 reviews Fav Mod: Insanity | Thanks BAD_STi, hours of lurking certainly helped. I think I've read 15-20 member journals and 75% of the stickies so far. It also may have helped that I have an uncle with an '04 GD who has spent a ton of time with the mod bug biting him. ![]() Like I said in OP, pics are still not really an option... wife is working 12+ hours a day, so pestering her for pics is not a good idea, and I can't take any of my own right now. I'll have to find some good spots to take some pics while I'm home. There will def be some before and after pics for the install and maybe a dyno video if I can find my camera I left at home. ![]() Quick question for anyone out there who has a turbo blanket. My uncle has been told that the turbo blanket can cause your turbo to burn out faster. Is this true? I'd probably still get one anyways.... |

I noticed you're from good 'ole Fayettville , I was stationed there with the Army once upon a time. Anyway, it sounds like you've got some good plans for your STI already! Have fun modding the car out, some pics of the car soon would be nice .HoOahh....STI...All The Way...!!! |
