Looks like just the bung blew out and took the sensor with it. The header itself is a trooper!

Got the new bung welded and everything is fixed I'm surprised the rest of the headers still look intact

KillerB would require IAG to fab up a new uppipe and need a retune. I'll replace my GT Spec headers when the IAG headers come out

In house fabbed or GT Spec headers specced for IAG? I was looking at getting the GT Spec kit within the next year. Killer B is nice and what I always wanted, but not as nice when you're Canadian, same price as a turbo, lol.

Completely new headers with high grade steel. I can't go on any more about it

You're the reason why I went with the GTspec headers from IAG.

The next challenge is to find out where the front O2 sensor plugs into since my engine bay is completely rearranged.

This plug was dangling down closest to the header but it doesn't match the plug from the O2 sensor

That plug came off your Flex Fuel sensor, has nothing to do with the O2 sensor. The O2 sensor for the front one typically runs down the passenger side strut tower(the plug is actually right there). So look around that area.
