I started into the sports car world back in October of 2005 when I bought a 02 PSM WRX. Here is a picture of what it looks like now:



This thing really got me hooked on Subaru.

September of 2008, a few months after I moved from Las Vegas to Hampton, VA, I made a little trip down to Perry Subaru over in Norfolk. About two hours later and a few signatures, I was a proud owner of a 2008 Aspen White STi with 10 miles on the odometer.

The day she got home:



Of course, I like taking photos of cars and I like a good location, so the first weekend, I went down and took a few shots here by the bay:

I ordered up one of the first batch of APR CF front lips and a buddy from F4LV made up the vinyl i badges for the front and rear and sent them out to me:

I could not stand the stock 5 spokes and needed something to fix the itch. I wanted to go with white wheels but with all my searching, I couldn't find anything that really suited my taste. I do however like gold as you can see by my WRX pictures. It just so happened that Gruppe S had a nice little sale on some wheels that were exactly the design I love and in a color that doesn't disappoint either. So on went a set of Advan RS's in gold 18x9 +29:






I'm really happy with how the wheels fit and look. It took some slight fender rolling in back to get them not to rub. Initially, there was some slight rubbing when the suspension was at full compression but the light rolling fixed that entirely.

Yep, Vanessa and I are in VA. Can't complain. We have a beautiful view of the bay out our window. It's not 120 degrees outside Vanessa hates her job here too.
