Traded in my 2008 WRX December 6th (I think hah) for my 2008 STI from Annapolis. Planned on not modding the car as I have done on my last two WRX's. We'll see how that goes.
Shortly after the first mods began, but very simple mods. Perrin shorty antenna and HID fogs, and tint (35% all around), paikman donated some Rally Armor flaps to me and even put them on for me. <3
Next up was I needed to do something about my rear tails and grill.
A few cans of Krylon paint and a few hours later...
Brake lights and normal lights are still just as bright.
Today was the day for my first power mods, which I said I wouldn't do. lul
TurboXS down pipe with race pipe
Utec and tuned by TurboXS
I don't have any dyno plots or pictures of graphs or parts that went on the car, but thanks to Andrewtech and TurboXS I have a great running car. Andrewtech threw on a TurboXS down pipe and race pipe. Drove it straight over to TurboXS to get a tune. I didn't get a base line since we put on the down pipe first, but I believe they said a stock STI puts down about 250. After all the tuning was done I left with 318 hp and 353 tq, I'll have to get the graphs up soon. I was at peak torque at about 3100 rpm, first gear is stupid now.

ah ok, i though commuting was the "in" thing to do down here lol. I've had this car since the 1st of the year and have yet to see another GR owner. Plenty of smucks in civics though....sigh
I haven't been to car meets in years but figure i'd get out and get to know the local community lol. hope to see you guys this year!

Yep, I've never seen that DIY before, but same concept minus leaving them on the car and painting them, that's stupid. I didn't sand the lights either.
