So I was less than 1 second from hitting a deer on my way home today. Evil friggin creatures!

The Cavalier in front of me was not so lucky. He missed the first and drove right over the second which I then swerved out of the way of.

That stinks. I went home to visit my father in PA. I don't even know why they bother marking the border. It was very apparant that I had entered the state. Directly ahead of me, I saw or cones and right in front of the welcome sign, there was a dead deer. Those things are everywhere in that state!

i'll be at the Toys-for-Tots meet. Good cause, hopefully the weather holds out (haven't checked it, but today is beautiful).

and i'm glad you didn't tango w/ the "field demon" as my roommate calls deer. haha. i hit one with my Civic last year.... better not repeat.
