nice -- i agree that it looks a lot better now. i'm kinda surprised they sell it where it butts up against the bumper ??

yeah, the tape may be the better of the two evils, annoying that it ruined your bumper first. at least it's a good excuse for a sweet new one.

the winter plans sound good. my biggest thing will be winter tires haha. money well spent though I suppose...

I concur. I'm going to send an e-mail to Invidia with a few words

Yeah bear with me on the tape. I'm going to re-tape it temporarily and eventually I'll have a nice shroud that will cover it up properly.

Also, remember we were talking about seats... I REALLY want a proper seat. Been looking at a few:

Corbeau FX1 $300 for 1, $600 for 2.

NRG Carbon Fiber Seat $840 for 2

Sparco Evo 2 Plus $700 for 1

I can't decide. Yes the sparco is the most "race ready" and it supports HANS but it's also $700 w/o a mount. I'm also leaving out the fact that each requires $99 or so for the mounting bracket.

I am considering getting 1 Corbeau FX1 and trying it. If I don't like it or it doesn't fit (but it should) then I could just pawn it off. Dunno :\

You're only looking at fixed back seats, or do the reclining seats not meet regulations?

I sat in a fixed back and really like it, the NRG seat, but then I found out it doesn't meet FIA regulations. I'd like a safe seat but also light and tight fitting.

I'd *LOVE* to have a bride low max but $1600 for a seat just isn't gonna fly right now. I'd rather just get a bucket so I'm secured in and don't jostle around and live with the fact I can't tilt it. It's really just a cost issue.

i disagree on all your seat decisions. bride stradia maziora andromeda in black or red. im thinking about selling my bride zeta III because its sooo uncomfortable on long drives now. you should look in to the veilside reclinable seats they are like 700 each.

i would have to go with reclining seats, but i probably won't go with any for a while. i do get a little fatigued on long trips with the stockers, but not bad enough to scramble for new seats.

you doing winter tires, btw?

Already have 225/45/18 Dunlop Wintersport M3's on my BBS. And I have some developing news that may help me with my seat(s). We shall see in the following weeks.

I dunno if I want reclining seats. It'd be nice to have some but I dunno, you're so snug in em! I looked into the Bride's but for the most part, too pricey! I may take a ride up to CVR though to sit in em since it seems like they have a ton on display.

The Authorized Bride Superstore. New Seat Models, Information, Pics & Blowout Pricing - NASIOC

I would consider these @ $700/per:

Yeah except when I sit in your seat I get STUCK and I feel the seat bend you small asian! I'm gonna need something a LITTLE wider. I guess I forgot that was the same model as yours, but I'm def gonna need something wider. Trip to CVR may still be on.

PS: Oil cooler coolant leak was a broken hose clamp which was replaced under warranty and all is well. I romped on it on the way home and didn't smell any coolant! My god perhaps I can finally hose everything off in my engine bay and no longer have the smell!

EDIT: PPS: You're now talking to the new Intern @ Area 1320!!! Just gotta finish up the paperwork but I'll be answering the phone, updating the site, scheduling appointments, helping around the shop, taking pics or vids, general intern stuff basically So feel free to come visit me in a week or so heh
