| Master Contributor Level 1 Feedback Score: 2 reviews | Link didnt come up, but if you google forums for AVIC and/or Pioneer youll see a great forum for that particular NAV. As for jacking around with your NAV, you may (or may not) run into some debate about it being right or not. With that said, it essentially boils down to tricking the NAV that your parked. |

| Advanced Contributor Level 4 Feedback Score: 0 reviews Fav Mod: 2011 BMW M3 Sedan | I have a new Lexus IS250 and there is a way to overwrite the NAVI. All you do is take out the NAVI unit and splice a wire and bypass a certain wire. Pretty simple to do. This allows you to plays dvd's while in motion, input phone numbers, addresses, etc. |

| Master Contributor Level 1 Feedback Score: 2 reviews | A local stereo shop may. A voltmeter is all you really need in addition to knowledge of what the two wires are. Then again, it also depends on the states laws, or in your case province (?). I think some people would be hesitant to spill the beans on exactly how to do it because unlike an exhaust or turbo swap, teaching someone how to bypass a security is a bad idea. |

Were you able to figure out something??? I guess the car is still new eventually somebody will come up with a clean mod.. Still, it would be of great help if we could find the oem NAV wiring diagram... the STI DVD screen goes on and off as you stop and go... it doesnt not have to do with the e-brake... | |
