I went onto subaru.com and saw "Financing as low as 0.0% on All 09 Subaru Impreza Models" & "Financing as low as 0.0% on All 09 Subaru Impreza WRX Models", but when I called the local dealer he said that is not on STi.

He also said they did away with the 0% for 72 months for July, and there are NO incentives on STi, is this true? I was going to buy this month, but hell, I will wait for the 2010's to come out and get a good rebate/rate on the 09 models.

Yeah i went to the dealership and they had different rules. For instance it wasn't 0% for all Imprezzas but just for the base model. The other ones were for 2.4% for 72 months. I guess it changes from dealership to dealership.

Will dealerships flex on that deal if they know you can drive a couple hours a way or get a car shipped with a dealership that will actually go with the advertised deal?

that's probably what i will try when i buy my sti, if they don't budge i will just buy it and ship it

Guys if you are in the midwest or mountain area just call up hauberger they have an advertisement here in the classified section. Just got a great deal on mine today. 4 grand off ticket price as well as freebees and low apr. They have 2 STi's left and they are coming in on the 13th of this month. a white and silver one.

Wow 4k off in Colorado, that's a nice deal. I am in New England, NH, and they are offering 0% financing up to 48 months. Is there any way to tell if the 4k is extends to my area?

wont extend out there man. Its a dealership thing. Chris at heuberger is the one who handles internet sales. offered the discount to every one who wants an STi and visits IWSTI.com he only has a white and silver one left that come in on the 13th of this month. you might be able to call him up and have it shipped to you. Some body here on the forum grabbed the blue /w gold rims STi i was looking at. Not 10 hours after i looked at it he put down a hold on it ($1000) from texas.....

O well i got my red one so im happy.

Well if its anything like our dealership, the incentives are not up to the dealership to pick and choose which vehicles they want to incentivize, its a corporate wide incentive to purchase that particular vehicle.

I am still shopping around, my buddy at work wants me to buy his 08 really bad, but I dont know if I like red enough...

If i could do it over again i would have waited till late sept/october or later. thats when they will try to give away an 09. also don't get red.

I dont have red...but I think it looks sweet in red IMO
