Fun thread.

I'd vote if I had a GR.

But it got me thinking about a similar thread back when the '05 came out. There were not as many people with 6 figure incomes.

Now that the GD is easily obtained used, I bet the average income is "STUDENT."

The Pharma Ad Agency I work for went from 120 employees to 42. We're running lean and clients are really tight with spending money. I'm chugging along till the inevitable layoff. I've survived three waves so far.

Good luck man. It's tricky out there and companies are using the "Economy" excuse to trim up on the amount of employees. Moral is definitely low.

I'm an engineer for an automotive supplier in Detroit. We just had some layoffs a couple of months ago, and are expecting some more next month. If the Red Wings lose game 7 on Friday, we may make Dr. Kevorkian the new mayor.

On the plus side, rush hour traffic seems to be getting better.

For the record, I voted my normal salary, without the 2 rounds of "temporary" salary reductions we've had this year.

I make well over 100k but look at these numbers... and you know why I own a STI:

Single: 1 income
$2,900 mortgage
$1,200 monthly child support
$3,100 business rent
$1,300 health and dental (self-employed so I pay 100%)
$646 car payment
$400 business loan

Total $9,546 monthly without any of so called little bills.

That's just some of the big numbers. Being single sucks for finances!

You speak the truth! I dont have the pleasure of paying child support but even without that added expense my finances look very much like yours.
