IWSTI Addict since: May 2009 | they are basically regular turn signal bulbs, but coated-over in chrome. when installed, there looks like nothing is there, until you hit the switch to indicate your turning. then they light up the normal amber color. i did this on the 2003 WRX i had as well. it cleans up the look nicely (almost got them for the EDM STi projector lights as well) here is a pic of what i mean (this pic was also on the back of the packaging) |

IWSTI Addict since: Jul 2009 | Just got an 09 in dark gray metallic. I want to do something with the tail lights. Originally I was thinking of a smoke film, but I really like how these red cutouts look. I'm not sure it would look as good on the dark gray car though. Anybody have an image of that? |
