I have mine adjusted so they go up quite high...

It's nice when some *** hole with aftermarket HID's in a non-HID housing is blinding you... just dial the wheel up a little! Then when they flash their high-beams, it's like "Oh no *****... THESE are my highs!" BAM!

I did that accidentally. I thought I had my measurements figured out but due to a steep driveway I had to park quite close to the garage door. After I finished I drove down the street and realized that my lows were shinning into the house windows at "2"!

Back down at "5" they are almost perfect. Might need a little more adjusting in a few weeks once second impressions are in and I'll just make my current "5" the new "2".

If your headlight is out due to curbage, are you sure it's the bulb and not something more serious? HIDs use a capsule (not a bulb) that is usually pretty robust.

If everything else checks out okay, you can adjust L/R beam height independantly of each other.

I am not sure what could be the cause. I bent my front right LCA and curbed all 4 wheels. Replaced a fender as well as it was dented by an object on the pavement.

Visibly, no other parts were damaged. But the alignment of the grill and fender just don't seem spot on. I will be getting the grill, headlight and bumper removed to check thoroughly.

Heres a shot of the aim. Mines RHD by the way.

Does it look anything wrong? Seems that the right side is a tad lower.

that's normal to keep from blinding people in oncoming vehicles.

After adjusting the height (as described here, you can work with the levels if you want, but the goal is to still leave the oncoming lane a little respect (left hand drive).

bringing this back from the depths... I got the driver side light adjusted in a few seconds but the passenger side, that's a toughy. I can't get my ratchet to go in between the air box and the bolt. I'm gonna try tomorrow when it's lighter out but any suggestions to make this easier short of taking out the air box?
