My dads car is a blue 96 Oldsmobile Aurora with the license plates APPLES. We used to have a red 91 Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme that the plates were originally on.

btw, we live on an apple farm, so that may explain the reasoning behind these plates.

Same here. I'd probably get something like:

R ESTME

I'd try and drive by every cop to make sure they saw it while going below the speed limit and obeying all traffic laws...

I thought of the greatest idea while sitting in my 4runner. I looked in the mirrors and saw a subaru behind me. Anyway, I came up with this plate:

URABUS

I figured since everyone would see me driving down the highway they would look into their side mirrors to see me go!

And no, its not "you are a bus"

although that would kind of make sense too. It would be like calling all of the other vehicles on the road slow and fat.

6SPDRM (6SP. DREAM)
GOT TIX
HEY PIG (last 2 taunting boys in blue but still funny)
SUBYDO (Subie DO!)
BMWBTR
TWST RD (twisty road till someone told me it looks like "turd")
WNDERD (windy road)
MTN PASS (if I were still in CO)

Here in CT we can only have 6 spaces, and #'s have to be either in the front or end, no messing around. Makes CYAL8R and some other cool options an impossibility. I decided to go with normal issued ones so as to minimize unwanted attention.
