IWSTI Addict since: Feb 2006 | Flutter during acceleration is the wastegate. Flutter during decel is compressor surge. Compressor surge is bad. Your turbo will die a horrible, hideous, untimely death. End of lesson. |

And at that point, he's not really boosting much - so its not like the blow off valve he's running isn't being overloaded at that point. I think the BOV is designed sound "fluttery" |

IWSTI Addict since: May 2005 | Seems like a FMIC + BOV will do this on a lot of cars... Especially if it's a big turbo. I personally love the sound I've read that it's almost like an echoing within the pipes of the FMIC. |
