yeah thieves are a bunch of scums...im afraid the only way to really deter these guys is though fear and jail time isnt cutting it; perhaps we should implement punishments used in the middle east and just chop their hands off...i would think that would make 90% of those assholes think twice and the rest are just a bunch of idiots and should be shot on sight in an effort to rid this planet of scum and improve the breed
