Default Shift Light

Hey all, I just put in a new stereo in my 04 STI. I am noticing my shift light is not coming on anymore, is there a fuse for that? or did my new stereo have anything to do with that? Help Help Help

It resets when you remove the battery. Just hold the rev meter dial to the right, it will beep, set the RPM limit, turn the dial again to turn the sound on/off, and then wait a couple of seconds and it should set.
Hope this helps and if my explanation was confusing, it should be in the manual.

you have to have the key in the "on" position with the engine off to make this work.

^ Mine works with the engine on while stopped. Turn the +/- dial on the left hand side of the tach, to the right for apprx. 3 seconds. Flick left or right to set desired shift point. Wait and click left or right to set beep or not. (--) means no beep..Good luck!
