I am an autox noob but I'm guessing BSP is some sort of class? I see now why you have a stock pile of mods waiting to go on . So your just getting tuned for what you have on their now?

Negative.

You will only hear it if you pop the hood and somebody revs the engine for you. While driving you do not hear it at all. The only time you can VAGUELY distinguish any type of noise is when the windows are closed with the ac/heat off. Then you can kind of hear a quiet little flutter.

Basically, if you did not know it was there, you wouldn't think you had one.

From what I've been told though, the more PSI you're pushing, the louder it gets. Im maxing out at 19psi FWIW.

So I threw on the Tial BOV yesterday, went for a test drive, and I am still getting the same fluttering sound when I blow off. The sound of the blow-off has not changed at all compared to how it was with the stock bpv on their (still making a fluttering sound). I also noticed that peak boost is slightly lower now with the bov on their. Could I be running the wrong size spring on the BOV? This sound is really discerning to me and I want it to go away..

Then get an EWG. I am damn near positive you hear your wastegate fluttering. Especially since you replaced the BPV.
