not terribly hard. there really isn't a lot of space to mount it (due to the seat, your legs, the shifter, and the dash). i would not recommend using one in a street car unless you also retain the cable brake

what do you think a realistic hp number for a NA 2.5 bottom be?

BTW your car is what I dream about doing when I'm older, good work.
(Edit: Just realized your 22, so if by older I mean in the next year for myself, lol, how can you manage such a build at 22 if you don't mind me asking?)

Carl, This is crazy! I love how you went all rally, that sets you apart, you should do a photoshoot and make a few wallpapers in a higher resolution(like 1480x1240)

I'm a manufacturing engineer (living at home with your parents on an engineering salary will give you the means to do stuff like this. also selling all the stock parts is very lucrative. up to the cage point I had actually made $200 on my build lol)

Subscribed! I used to race quads and dirt bikes, so I am itching to get back into the dirt. I'm planning on doing rallycross next year in the MI area. If I'm good I'll go all out. For now I am just getting mudflaps/skid plate/diff plate. I had no idea your car was so elaborate when I started reading, I was just looking at your journal because of the lights. Needless to say, I am pleasantly surprised. Lookin' forward to updates! Enough jibba jabba though, did you find yourself to be competitive as a beginner in the M4 class with an STi, or is that where most people end up after they have done Rallycross for years?

no way! I'm a major in manufacturing technology, what do you do for a job? I'm 21 and I have to start thinking about what I'm gonna do.
