Well, the results have been posted:
2008 Otto's Mini Summer Series Philadelphia Region SCCA AutoX -- Sportsfest

I was racing in SM and finished 7th. I would have finished 3rd if i didn't hit two cones, but I was fighting severe understeer from the alignment and lack of proper tires all day. After that second run a rain storm hit and covered the lot, so the rest of the day was relearning how to drive the car on the wet with an entirely new suspension, tires, alignment, and a big front swaybar. haha, not too shabby all things considered.

You're so spoiled, complaining about -2 dg. camber at autox.. I was running -.02 camber up front and -1 rear with full stock suspension, besides sways and subframe. Talk about "skating around" I would have sold a kidney to have -2 camber that day up front. The car actually did pretty well that day, comming in second to the other sti's...

Cars looking great man. I wish I had about 90% of you're suspension stuff. Im working on it. Glad to see it being put to use!

, yeah...stock bolts don't work well for this type of thing.

thanks man...its taken me quite awhile to get to this point. now i can finally enjoy it and focus on setting it up instead of saving up.

About two years ago, I bought Street Tuner for my car due to changing the intake from a K&N Typhoon over to an APS 65mm CAI after I was PROtuned for the Typhoon. I did it because of heat soak and I've been happy with the APS ever since (with the exception of the rattling and bracket that doesn't line up to hold it secure).

I happened to be in Hagerstown, MD at the time due to a work assignment and as luck turns out, 30 minutes from WolfPlayer. A huge thanks to him and his contacts, he was able to secure the PROtuned maps from Doug at TopSpeed and have them converted to the Street Tuner format. He helped me through many PMs and IMs get setup with it on my laptop and my logging started.

It went over my head. I gave up and just ran with it after making tiny changes to the intake calibration table's idle settings during winter. I then had to change the software over from my work laptop onto something that I owned...so it went onto my desktop and was never used again until...

I bought a used Dell laptop. Then that sat...for...oh...another year....this is a terrible example of what happens when I lose interest in something, hah.

Anyway, about a week ago I finally swapped the software over onto the laptop and proceeded to pimp it out with stickers I had laying around. I took some quick WOT datalogs and it confirmed that my engine wasn't close to blowing up like I had figured all along, but some tweaks were in order, which are coming...soon. (tonight or tomorrow, pinkie swear).

cool deal, i like that area!

just logged the car for part throttle and wot and just rewrote the realtime map to change intake calibrations...should work out great, smooth the curve a little bit too from my earlier corrections.

time to load it up and relog.

intake tuned. finally. thankfully someone from NASIOC sent me a MAF scale for the APS 65mm that i was able to tweak enough to get where I needed to be. I wasn't far off on my own, but it was good to see real numbers to use.

throttle response is very fast now with a big decrease in spool time. very nice. time to hit the track this sunday and see if i can improve on that 12.9
