Default Re: My RaceComp Engineered 2005 STi (Updated pg. 6 RCE swaybars installed)

Swaybar installed and here's my thoughts on the whole RCE setup:
Review of the RaceComp Engineering Suspension System

So what's next for the car?
Group N bushings for the lateral links and trailing arms
Whiteline RCA kit removal and replacement with the revised version
New Protune from Chris at EFI
Dif fluid change
New up-pipe to replace the stocker. The stock heat shields rattled off...were rewelded, but I want it out of my car for good.
Power steering fluid change
new alignment with the bushings
trying to fix the whiteline ALK so the caster is even side to side. (right now its off by almost a degree...can you tell my opinion of whiteline products is fairly low?)

after this stuff gets the car buttoned up, i'll be hitting autocrosses and an HPDE before relocating to Greensboro for work.

STi was sold on Friday for a nice Octane Blue 2008 Mitsubishi Evolution X GSR.

Thanks for reading my journal,
Dave

It had 65k miles on it and with a relocation to NC coming up, I didn't feel comfortable with it at 80k as my daily driver. The Evo is a nicer daily driver with a lot more features that I really wanted, plus it rides a lot better than the STi did without the fuss.
