(eatv8, eracer and his gf drove up from n jersey to help eracer buy my cobb stage2 kit and bring it home).

i'm going to head down for one of the weekly meets you guys have going as soon as i'm done.

if anyone in the ny/nj area wants to make the trip to see the project and the shop, just drop me a pm. we're in the new paltz area. we'll be working straight through the next couple weeks, usually starting in late morning til about 9pm. we'll have a party going for the maiden startup and, of course our daily party at 4:20.

Good luck with the car, your plans sound simply awesome for it. I had my car tuned by Phil when I had my Hydra installed and have been VERY happy. I'll be doing a Superzilla using his interface to my Aquamist 2s system as soon as he comes out with it.

day 2

ricky got distracted all day with a brake job on a pos camaro. it was supposed to be a 3 hour tour...a 3 hour tour. he says he'll work on it later tonight but i wouldn't bet on it. in his defense, he worked on it pretty late last night as the day 2 pics will reflect (even if they are leftovers from day 1).

the big news - our high speed connection is up and the webcam should be operational in time for tomorrow's live "4:20 report" (edt). think wayne's world meets up in smoke. i'll post the link as soon as i have it.

the sti ss clutch line arrived.
ordered from local subaru dealer:
- a sti kevlar timing belt
- 2 (of 4) replacement tubular aluminum guides on the shortblock (for the heads, one on either side) that were damaged during shipping from crawford.

i'm getting pm's and posts from alot of area sti guys saying that theyre planning on making the trip to gardiner in the next week or so. how cool is that.

i'm 1 hour 20 minutes from the gwb near new paltz. keep watching this thread for news. i won't even try to predict how close to schedule we're going to be for the big finale. meanwhile, youre always welcome drop by - just give me a heads-up by pm first.
