Car: Blue/Black 05' STi Fav Mod: Stage II + Sparco Seat Location: Tallahassee, FL Posts: 439
IWSTI Addict since: Sep 2009 | Purchased my 05' STi on 9/6/09 Car was modified more than it is right now, but apparently previous owner took off the intake, FMIC, and I'm sure there was other stuff... like he removed almost all of the stereo components haha. Pictures of me trading in my G35 for this beast (sorry they're grainy, had ISO set way too high): Some better pictures taken after I brought her home the next day: Little photo expedition I did on 9/13/09 Last edited by NaiveRapture; 02-28-2010 at 09:04 AM.. |

IWSTI Addict since: Sep 2009 | 12/02/09 Went stage II with the Invidia N1 full catless system with the Cobb APv2, and a friend gave me a Cobb short ram intake with Blitz filter. Sparco Evo seat with Corbeau 5-point harness along with a harness bar are coming in on Wednesday, and this upcoming Sunday I'm doing an AutoX event. My plans at the moment are to to work a bunch, to make up the money I just spent haha. THEN, once I've gotten my finances back in order... I am going to do small cosmetic things, might take out the Subaru emblem in the grill and leave the STi part, possibly debadge the rear. It'll be stage II when I can get around to it though. | |

| Senior STI Driver Feedback Score: 0 reviews | The paint job is pretty interesting and I like how they used WRB problem is I don't know if I would trust almost a full car paint job that I have no idea who it was done with. But it does look different and pretty cool. Good luck with everything. |

IWSTI Addict since: Sep 2009 | Yeah the paintjob is strange I know haha but I like it I managed to capture it better than the dealer did, but that's because I know what I'm doing and have a nicer camera haha. It looks pretty slick in person, I was surprised... definitely made me smile when I saw it!Still gotta get a few little kinks worked out, but so far it's a blast to drive |

IWSTI Addict since: Sep 2009 | *Cruise control doesn't work. *I think at least one of the O2 sensors is missing / has failed. *Front wheels rub the calipers some (can't hear it but there are rub marks). *Previous owner had mods on it (full exhaust, possibly intake) and didn't have it tuned. I'm going to have my mechanic friend give it a once over. Many stock parts were put back on, so it actually runs pretty well. *Stereo is there (some of it haha) and what's there isn't in the best working order... I don't mind all that much. I can deal without all that stuff for right now. *Might need some new pads, just doesn't have the stopping power I think it should. *Some small misc cosmetic things that I'll do over time. IWSTI Addict since: Oct 2007 | Good luck getting the kinks worked out, I'm kind of surprised you bought it knowing how many things were changed on it. Is a wheel bent? The o2 sensors are expensive, and have to be the OEM ones. That means the check engine light is on? Post the compression and leak/down test results your mechanic finds. |
