Default Stock turbo FTW! Need help with fuel delivery - 2/21

Hey guys, so here I am just a month after joining IWSTI on Christmas Day, 2008, now the owner of an amazing 2004 World Rally Blue STi. I originally joined here to read a bit about this amazing machine, in the hopes of getting one within a year or two. On January 3rd, 2009, there was a snow storm that left the local roads super slick. Coming home from work, my car got totaled in a tbone collision with a Jeep Cherokee. A few days after realizing what just happened, I would go on to apply for a loan on my beloved STi, to which I was shocked I was actually approved on. The rest is history!

Goals
Within the lifetime of me having this car, my goal is to have a fully maxed out stock turbo STi that can compete at a moderate level on the track; be it autocross or track events. Dyno numbers are relatively meaningless to me; I just want the car to challenge upgraded turbo'ed STi's and Evo's, but more importantly, be a nice daily driver.

Stock Ratio = 10.9 lbs per HP (3,289 lbs) - Stolen from Ben

4/9/09 Accident

Story
I was on my way to work, and I'm at a stop light (5 cars back) turning right to get onto the freeway, and am behind a Dodge Ram 1500 truck. I see the light turn green ahead, so I shift into 1st gear from Neutral. The car behind me, a 2000 VW Passat, "sees the light turn green, and goes." Me, waiting for the cars in front of me to go, get rear ended by the Passat. The Scoobie is pushed into the Dodge Ram in front of me.

I get out of the car, (to be honest) not the most joyful person at the moment, very aggitated with the driver of the Passat; a younger man, about 23 years in age. Asking how the hell he hit my car, his response was, "the light turned green and I went because I thought everyone else was gonna go." I am in complete awe of his sheer stupidity. The rear end has an indentation of his license plate. The front end however, is SMASHED. The front end is positioned at a point where a Dodge Ram 1500's bumper is about 3" higher; this meant the front end of the car went slightly under the truck.

The Damage
new front bumper, fog light covers, hood, right headlight, right fender, grill, radiator, radiator support, rear bumper, rear bumper beam, rear bumper support. Basically, I have a new front end and rear end.

That's what I keep telling myself. I don't pick it up until Wednesday though.

Update:

I got the car back last week from the body shop. I installed the Rally Armor mudflaps, Kartboy shifter kit, and NGK one step colder plugs and changed the oil. Pictures coming soon!

Some of us IW's will have to set up a cruise sometime. I know there's a good 15 people on here that are pretty frequent.
