The SMC kit finally arrived today. I will be using the trunk reservoir so idk what imma do with the 04/05 windshield washer reservoir.

All I need now is the turbo/ewg/dump tube and the inlet. I will be getting a cold air intake since I've heard the Injen intake wont be sufficient.

So I'm getting ready to order a Tial sport Q bov and get rid of my Turbo XS RFL. I had my wife take a pic of my idle vacuum so I could see which spring to get. I hear most people say theirs read about .06bar which is about 8-9 psi. IS THIS BAD??? She said it was "kinda" warmed up.

you talking about the flange for your bov? It has to be the same material as your i/c piping...so aluminum

Ya I was wondering about that. If welding two different materials together would complicate things. I also found the answer to my question about the spring rates.

http://www.tialmedia.com/documents/w3_tial_bovq_sp.pdf

How much did you pay to get yours welded on? Don't imagine it's that much, just curious.

about 70 bucks. I prepped mine for them and positioned it, they just had to weld it. Dissimalar metals cant be welded together.

Yeah, pink spring.

What all did you do to help prep? I mean I was going to take my stock bov and silicone hose off of the boost tube and take the boost tube to a shop. I won't have any tools to take the flange off, if that's what you did.
