um cuz its a wideband, not a egt probe. Also most put the egt probe in the #3, it runs the hottest.

as i was tightening down the bolts, i snapped a 10mm. im going to the store to get an easy out and a drill bit extension tonight so i wont have to take the whole dam thing off again. lol like i dont have enough gauges already? im probly gonna finish up tucking all my wires from the wideband and my defi's today being that they would always sag and just werent ran right before. i should of got pics of the whole mess of wires i had yesterday lol i might try to start installing my meth kit, but im going straight off of instinct if i were to. i dont have a clue where to run the lines, which i still need to buy, since im going to be using the trunk reservoir. either way i can wire up the control box.

IWSTI Addict since: Sep 2007 | well i tried to do the easy out and it didnt work. my vice grips kept sliding off and the dam thing wouldn't budge. on a good note, sorta, i got my uppipe heat shield off that had broken loose from the flange and was such an annoying rattle. it was such a pita though. i dropped the headers and tried dropping the uppipe out but it was getting stuck between the head and the motor mount so i used my dremmel and ground down the final weld that was holding the two parts together....mission complete and reassembled. oh ya. that horrible weld job turned out to be even worse...it was crooked and my sensor wouldnt go in. i took it back to that shop so they enlarged the hole a little so the sensor will fit. now i can put the pipe back on and drive to my buddies house and have him redo the whole job so its more appealing. ill see if he can do my egt bung too. |
