I know English is not very strong with you, but HE HAS NO LEAKS! Why would he need gaskets?

Its all good, the phenolic material is completely flat, they use a cnc to cut it so theres really no need for a gasket. If I had some dings in my tgv's I might put some gasket sealer on there but for now it works great. Im also not using a gasket for my throttlebody, noone makes a 70mm gasket for a subaru so I use gasket sealer there and no worries.

Tim, since you disconnected all your wiring, check to see that the cam sensor and coil packs are pluged into the right spots.

did you snap off a 10mm manifold bolt or a 12mm tgv bolt? either way I can help you get it out. If its the 12mm I have a bunch of them, 10mm not so much.

-2 spark plugs on each side,
-all 4 injectors.
-a black and grey clip (dont know what they are) toward the firewall on each side,
-a brown clip right under the throttle body,
-both tps's,
-a black clip on the front of the manifold,
-the oil sensor,
-a grey one under the manifold (from the front, passenger side).
-one under the alternator
-dark grey one on the turbo inlet
-the two main harness connectors.....

thats off the top of my head but that should be it right? the whole wire harness was like a puzzle but i love and am really good at puzzles. everything is pretty much exact length needed so its kind hard to wire it wrong.

heres some pics of the tgv's after i sanded them a little to get the crud off of them and the heads. compared to post #121, they're alot better. i didnt want to even begin to take a chance after this project so i just used new oem gaskets.
