Those cosworth rods are really something else.....
If the OEM rods were there they would be broken for sure and the whole cylinder will be f***ed up...

Now here is what i am thinking of (parts wise):

Brain Crower stroker 2.71
Darton Sleeves kit
ACL Race series main bearings
ACL Race series conrod bearings
ARP head studs
OEM Overhaul gasket kit
Cometic 102mm head gasket
Cosowrth high volume blueprinted oil pump

The cylinder bore will be 102mm and that's why i need the sleeves....

What do you think guys ??
bro those pics looks nasty

sorry to hear that........

since you want to sleeve your block, I suggest you check this out first

My built sleeved motor project - NASIOC

I read a few posts already that the darton sleeves drops, I guess it really depends who did the sleeve installation, from what I read the AEBS sleeve don't drop.

that hydro locking thing is one of the reasons why I DON'T use my STi on rainy days here, and we get hit by typhoons and heavy rain half of the year so lots of floods here. I use my 63hp Kia car for DD.

goodluck with your next build

I'm just going to try and full build it all. I'm not 100% sure of what brands I'm going to go with.

awesome journal and it's always crazy to me how hardcore Subie followers are all over the world. Is the shop you get your work done the only one around or is the sport pretty well supported?
