D, Responding toyou in this thread because it has all the info.

The radiator hose bung on the radiator wouldn't fit properly due to the new angle of the i/c pipe. So we decided to cut it and angle it over. However that is only a temporary fix until i order a new Koyo Radiator designed for the RS/GC's which has the upper rad hose bung on the passanger side.

Im not ballin = No aftermarket rad caps.

Not for nothing Greg, but I think that looks terrible. Instead of ruining a $450 radiator they could have just designed the i/c piping differently to accomidate both. I'd be very upset if I picked up my car and someone did something like that, but I guess some people are just more picky with little things like that.

D, i dont disagree with you at all. However, you know me. While you want a crazy build, and still a great overall looking car, i could care less how the car really looks. But i do agree that it doesnt look great. It was just the easiest solution for getting the car up and running, as well as keeping the piping the way it is (i like it)...

Once i pick up the new radiator a guy at the shop will be taking this one from me for his high HP build, so its not that big of a deal, and definitly only temporary.

1. Arent 2 44mm ewg over kill for your set up? My brother and his friends are unning 2 44mm ewg on a 40 and 42R set ups running over 30psi.

2. Love the reverse intake manifolds (always did), but no more a/c? Man you guys sacrifice alot for looks.

Twin 44's is the only way full-race offers their twinscroll kits. Do i think its overkill with my turbo, yes...but there is no other way to get a full race TS header and uppipe unless i order it and hack it up to go back to a single wastegate. (not going to happen).

As for the AC...i dont think i've EVER (maybe once) used the AC in the sti. and as its no longer my DD, i know i will never use it again, so it really wasn't a big deal for me to lose it.
