Don't have any pics of the car in its current state - will be taking some this week.

Some pics of my old RX-7...amazingly fun car, little bit riced out, and not so reliable. Had it for all of 9 months before blowing an apex seal. Sold it for more than I bought it for Worth every minute of effort.

Another Pic of the rims, one random one, and a few parts that went on two weeks ago.

Pictures of my old 02 WRX...had her inbetween the RX-7 and the STi. Loved it, but love the STi more

Brief mod list:
- full TurboXS exhaust
- Ecutek tune (dave @ MSPT - great group of guys)
- Perrin Springs
- JDM Headlights (HID's)
- misc other stuff, but that's the majors

So Friday I placed my order for the Ground Control / koni coilovers!! Mark was awesome - took the time to really go over every last detail, and explained everything to me. Extremely knowledgeable and a super nice guy.

8" springs all around - 350f/300r, koni inserts in wrx housings for the back, and it looks like i'm gonna be going with the camber/castor plates in the front too. Shooting for a ride height of approx 14/13.5

The bank is not pleased, and its gonna be hell waiting for them to arrive, but i'm pumped to get them on and dialed in. I'll be sure to write an EXTENSIVE review once I've had some seat time.

Thanks again Mark, Stretch, Jay, and everyone else that helped me figure all this **** out!

Jesse

the rims were actually super easy! Put my car up on jackstands, had the old tires taken off, then:
1) sand
2) clean extremely well
3) primer
4) black paint
5) tape off the middle, leaving the lip exposed
6) red paint
7) let dry, then re-mount new tires

easy...took about 6 hours for everything, not including drying time + mounting tires. And got all the paint / sandpaper @ autozone
