| Spec C Club Feedback Score: 0 reviews | Yes it does this. I have a switch installed and I monitored it. IAM goes to 0 which shuts it to WG boost and the high det fuel mapping. When IAM = 0 there is no DA. Flip the switch back, get on the gas, IAM pops up to 1, boost is back, back on the regular fuel table and fueling trims are remembered. Of course the FLKC table is cleared. So learned retard will go away each time. |

IWSTI Addict since: Oct 2005 | Thanks. I think I'll be reworking my failsafe. This is a great all around solution. I am a tad concerned about clearing the FLKC table because some failsafes have a 'blip' at the onset of injection. I also suspect that even if the IAM was less than 1 (bad gas etc.) before the test mode connection is made, it probably goes back to the default starting IAM (eg. 1) in your tune. |
